If, by any chance, you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately, within 30 days of receiving your order,  so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

While we make every effort to provide accurate sizing and detailed descriptions of our products, we understand that sometimes things may not be as expected. Therefore, we urge you to check the sizing and description of the item carefully before making a purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

However, due to the customized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Each masterpieces is meticulously crafted to reflect your personal style and taste, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
